Klarna Purchases (Required Policy)

Customers who pay using Klarna have the right to return their item within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and its original condition.
  • The original packaging must be included.

Refunds for Klarna Purchases:

  • Refunds are issued only to original payment method.
  • No exchanges or store credit are offered for Klarna purchases.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed back to Klarna.
  • No restocking fees will be charged

NON-KLARNA PURCHASES (STANDARD STORE POLICY)

All Sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.

If your item arrives, damaged you must contact us within the 24 hours of delivery.

Please send:

  • Video of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your full name and order number

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement.

NO CASH REFUNDS are issued for non-Klarna purchases.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
